The roads in Show Low Pines are maintained by Apache County. You can drive to any lot in your car.
The residents that own Show Low Pines units 6-10 either haul water from the community wells owned by a Unit 6-10 Property Owners Water Association, buy water from the Stanford General Store, haul water from town and some have drilled their own well. Residents in Show Low Pines Unit 1-5 buy and haul water from the Stanford General Store, haul from town and some have drilled their own wells.
Most residents are using solar panels and generators for their power. Some of the lots in the front units do have power to the lot lines.
Per the Deed of Restrictions, You may live in an RV for 90 days out of the year or while you are building a home. A septic system or alternate system, approved by Apache County will need to be installed.
The restrictions provide for a single-family home residence and/or mobile home, a minimum of 320 sq. feet of actual flooring space, excluding carports, terraces & unenclosed porches. You will be permitted to occupy the lot immediately upon purchase as long as you follow rules in the Agreement for Sale or are paying cash for the parcel.
Would be by the septic or alternative system. The buyer is responsible for the Perk test and installing septic tank.
